Our staff thoroughly trained in the latest cleaning methods. The supervisors and manager review each staff member monthly. The training includes review of our services as well as first aid training. The nannies and care-givers are trained in first aid as well as CPR. The staff are always paired with a senior staff member for the first three months. This ensures that they learn to follow the procedures as well as learn Customer Service the “AAB Way”. .
